Terms of Service

1. Overview

These terms govern your use of the SigComply Compliance Dashboard (the "Service"). By creating an account or submitting data to the Service, you agree to them. SigComply is a non-custodial compliance engine: the open-source CLI runs in your environment and only aggregated, counts-only results are sent to the Service.

2. Beta & free Pro trial

The Service is offered as an early-access beta. Every organization receives a no-credit-card Pro trial that starts automatically on its first CLI run submission and lasts two months. During the trial you have full access to Pro features. After the trial you may continue on the free tier (CLI + local evaluation) or subscribe to a paid Pro plan. Features, availability, and pricing may change during beta.

3. Your responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials and CI/CD secrets secure.
• Use the Service only for lawful compliance and security purposes.
• Do not attempt to submit raw evidence or resource identifiers — the Service is designed to store counts only, and such data will be rejected or redacted.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data your CLI submits and for your own compliance obligations. SigComply is a tool that helps you gather and present evidence; it does not itself certify compliance.

4. Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe.

5. Availability & warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. During beta we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SigComply is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any compliance outcome or audit result.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service.
